About Pure Advantage Lacrosse
Pure Advantage Lacrosse (Pure) is a non-profit lacrosse organization founded to offer an exceptional lacrosse experience for a variety of age groups. We are grounded in offering every opportunity of lacrosse possible in order for our young women to reach their dreams. We have a passion for developing athletes through individual and team training with an emphasis on good sportsmanship and the inherent enjoyment of participation.
At Pure, we are committed to each of our coaches, athletes, families and fans becoming more passionate, experiencing exponential growth and developing resilience that they will carry on through their career with us, and into their lives.

Our Mission
Pure is committed to excellence in athletics as part of a larger commitment to excellence and education of youth lacrosse. This commitment to excellence in athletics, implies that Pure will provide exemplary leadership and appropriate facilities and support services to allow its athletes to compete at the highest level of competition.
The guiding principle behind Pure’s participation in club athletics is our belief in its educational value for our athletes. Club athletics promotes character traits of high value to increase personal development fostering success later in life. These include the drive to take one’s talents to the highest level of performance; embracing the discipline needed to reach high standards; learning to work with others as a team in pursuit of a common goal; and adherence to codes of fairness and respect. Athletics also plays an important role in creating a sense of community within the organization.
Pure is committed to the physical and emotional well-being of athletes and to the social development of the whole person. We recognize that great demands are placed on athletes who participate in club athletics, and we are committed to providing support to help them manage these demands and get the most out of their lacrosse experience. As a club, we try to hold our athletes, coaches and parents accountable to be people of high character; show respect for others; and strive to conduct ourselves in ways that favorably reflects the Pure organization.
