Ralph Shefferly

Ralph Shefferly is currently the head coach of the Caledonia High School Girl’s Lacrosse Team.  Ralph has been a teacher/coach for each of his 34 years in education.  Having been the head coach of 4 very different varsity sports, he now directs the lacrosse program.  Coach Sheff established lacrosse in Caledonia by growing the sport from 13 girls in 2010, to over 100 girls in 2012.  He established 4 new levels of girl’s lacrosse.  The Fighting Scots, under his direction, have won 2 conference championships in their first two years as a varsity sport and gone 20-0 in league play. In the first two years of varsity play the Fighting Scots have not been ranked lower than 11th in the state according to lax power.

Coach Shefferly also runs the highly successful Explosion Speed and Strength program, which has helped hundreds of athletes reach their athletic goals, through hard work.
